Q: How do I get access to the full catalogue with prices?

A: Please click the “Become a Buyer” link at the top of the website. We’ll ask for a brief bit of information to set up your account, and immediately grant you access to our complete catalogue.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payment directly to our bank by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). We are planning to begin acceptance of PayFast in the near future.

Q: Do you require a deposit upon placement of an order?

A: We require a 50% deposit of the estimated total when an order is placed, with the balance (plus delivery and any applicable customisation costs) paid upon delivery of the products.

Q: Are there minimum order quantities?

A: There are no minimum orders on non-customised products.
If ordering customised products, minimum order quantities will be required on certain items due to the expense of customised molds or stickers being created in the customization process. Typically this expense is minimal.

Q: How will I get my order?

A: Products will be sent via courier at the expense of the customer.

Q: How long will it take to get my order once it is placed?

A: Products will arrive within one month or sooner. If the item is in stock, it will be delivered sooner.

A large order with customised pieces may delay delivery, causing it to exceed the standard time of one month. In these cases, we will give an estimated date of delivery when order is placed.

Q: Is it possible to change colours/styles of certain products?

A: We are willing to work with any customer to modify a particular product to fit their needs.

Q: What if I have an idea for a product that I don’t see offered?

A: Tell us your idea and we will try to help procure the item for you.
